He stated that -he wanted a Royal Commission inquire into, the manner of his'arrest, and intended, to demand that his name, and also .that his,colleagues' names,: should be expunged from the criminal records of the State. •He further considered that the Government should compensate'the 'Miners' Federation for-tho monetary losses occasioned by tho illegal imprisonment of, its leader.
