PROGRAMME OF ARRANGEMENTS,

For, the first time in New Zealand" poultrymen will shortly meet together in conference. The sessions. are to be held in the Town. Hall, Wellington, and will take place on November .15, 16, and 17. The conference promises to be largely represented from all'parts of thaDominion. Brown, Wellington; 8"to 10 p.m.: "Economic-Values in Poultry > Keeping," by Mr. H. Leser, Wereroa. Wednesday, November 16.—10 a.m. to.l p.m.: "Marketing Eggs ami tha Egg Circle Movement," by Mr. T. H. Kutherfurd, Masterton; 2.30 to 5 p.m.: A visit;to Mr. W. Knight's poultry farm at Lower Hutt. Demonstration of cramming by Mr. F. Brown, "'Wellington; Bto 10 p.m.: (a) "The Selection of the Layers,", by. Mr. F. Brown, Wellington, (b) "Feeding of Layers," by : Mr. A. G. Mumby, Wellington. Thursday, November 17'.—10 'to 1 p.m.: "The Exoort-Trade, and How to Develop It," Mr. A. B. Bull, Auckland,, and Mr.' J. B. Merrett, Christchurch; 2.30 tV 4 p.m.; ""Which are the Most Profitable ■ Egg- Producers— Ducks or Hens?" by Mr. Si.H. Scott, Onehunga; 4 to 6 p.m.: appointment of next conference and organising work; evening: (a) "Turkeys and-their Man-! agement," by Mrs. M'Lay, Dunklin, (b) ."Farmers as Poultry.Keepers," by Mr. J.
