Some cooked cauliflower, a little dry grated cheese, Joz. butter, loz. flour, { pint of milk, seasoning to taste. Break the ."cauliflower-into-small pieces; melt the butter ,in a saucepan, stir in the flour, add tho milk, and stir until it boils. Boil, for 3 minutes; season enrefully. Butter a pie-dish put in tho cauliflower and sauce, and the grated cheese on top. Brown in tho oven, and servo hot. . . ■ ■ ■ :,-■ FOR TO-MOREOW. f Tivo pounds sausages. One pound tomatoes. Turnips.
