A VOTE WITHDRAWN. By Ter.effra-ph-Press Assooiation-Oopyright. Adelaide, November 2. Iu the Legislative Assembly the Treasurer (Mr. C. Vaughan) , stated that tho Governor (Sir Day Bosanquet)' rather than there should be any controversy, had asked that an extra vote of £500 for payment of bis private secretary and typist should be withdrawn. The Treasurer declared that the Government had a sufficient majority to carry tho vote, but out of respect for the Governor's wishes tho item,, would be withdrawn. ■ ,
