PROPOSAL IN NEW SOUTH WALES. I By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Rec. November 2, midnight.) Sydney, November 2. Mr. Holman, Attorney-General, says the Government contemplate the appointment of a Royal Commission to inquire into the question of law reform, both civil and criminal. The poorer section' have a very. great difficulty either in learning their Tights or enforcing them. The suggestion that the English Judicature Act should be substituted for their own did not meet with the Minister's approval.
