(Specially written for The Dominion.) . THURSDAY. Stuffed Steak. Potatoos; Cabbage. -Rhubarb Triflo. RHUBARB TRIFLE. Two pints of rhubarb cut into small pieces, Jib. sugar, i pint custard, 3 sponge cakes, i pint of cream. String, wipe", and cut tho rhubarb into small pieces. Put it into a jar with the sugar, and cook it slowly until soft. Arrange the cakes in a glass dish. Put the pulp on top, and pour over the custard. .Leave this until cold, and then cover with whipped and sweetened cream.. FOR TO-MORROW. Fish for fish souffle, cauliflower, cneese, fruit, sago. .
