COAL TRIMMERS ON STRIKE. Sydney, November 1. There is a strike of coal-trimmera at Newcastle. . A-number of vessels are held up. i RIOTING IN NEW YORK. (Rec. The rioting lias been resumed, and in the police charges many persons have been injured, and many arrested. . The Mayor, Mr.. W. J. Gaynor, is negotiating for a settlement of tho trouble.
