(Specially written for The Dominion.) ; . TUESDAY. '''-.'■' Ronst leg of mutton and onion sauce. Baked potatoes.. Vegetable marrow. German pudding. GERMAN PUDDING. Half, a pint of milk, half a pound of breadcrumbs, two ounces of sugar, two ounces of butter, three, eggs, tho rind of half-a lemon, some apricot jam. Boil tho milk with the butter, sugar, and lemon rind, and nonr over the breadcrumbs. Beat well, then add tho. wellbeaten eggs. Butter a mould, put in a little of the mixture/then a layer of jam, and so.on to the top. Cover with buttered paper, and steam one hour.' Serve with apricot sauce. FOR TO-MORROW. Curry powder, French beans, stock.
