Regarding other.statements made Mr. •M'Gowen said ho'wished to remove any misunderstanding with regard to Lahour's immigration policy. : The Government wanted; immigrants," but they must bo of the right class. The Govornmcnt must get the land first so as to be ablo t'o supply immigrants cheaply. The only value of land was its pro•ductivo value. , .
