Cassel puddings. ; Stewed rhubarb. Boiled custard. SUPPER. ■ Cold' beef. Eggs in aspic. ' Salad. Chocolate mould. Fruit tart. Cream. CHOCOLATE MOULD! One quart of milk, one ounce gela-. ■ Mne, three tablespoousful of chocolate grated, three ounces sugar, one tablospoonful of vanilla. '' ,■ Soak the. gelatine in. half the mill;-' until soft. Dissolve tho chocolate in. d little I .liot milk'. , Put. the rest of the milk .into a saucepan; bring to the bo/1, and dissolve' the gelatine', m it. ". :'Afld, sugar and chocolate.
