EXPORT OF BUTTER.
' (By Telegraph.-Special Correspondent.)' ■ ■' Auckland, October 27.The exports of. butter continue to show an increase over the shipments' of last' year. Tho steamer ' Corihthic,, which kaves for London, vk Wellingtno, this morning,, has shippedl3,2oo boxes. This will be'augmented, by 3250 boxes to be taken by the Corinna on Saturday and transhipped to the Corinthio at Wellington. The butter' cargo by the Corintkic from Auckland will thus reach a total of 16,450 boscs, making'a record ehipment from Auckland for this' Ssason of the year. At this, time last year the steamer Tainui took 15,144 boxes of .but-. ter.Y The shipments since tho beginning of' the present \ senson, including the Corinthic f s cargo, total 42,645'.b0xe5, as againet 38,085 wses for the ooiresponding period,.of .last.year..
