Anticylonic conditions have prevailed, but with increasing haziness everywhere, and 'the weather has been gloomy and warm to-day. Misty rain has fallen in parts. Present Indications are for strong and increasing easterly and northerly winds generally. I'ho weather will probably turn to rain shortly everywhere, and be heavy in parts.
