DOES ROTORUA PAY ?
"Does Rotorua pay its way?" was a question asked by Mr.' Wright in the House on Saturday morning. The Hon. J. A. Millar, who happened to be in charge of tho Estimates-, at, the time,' said that directly it hardly'did, but indirectly it did. Further questioned, . Mr. Millar said the direct revenue from .baths, etc.,'. hardly met the . expenditure, though the deficit was not large, :but;indirectly the gaiivwas enormous.
