UNIFORM WAGES WANTED. , Melbourne,- October 22.A deputation aßked the Minister for Homo Affairs (Mr. King O'Malloy) to adopt uniform wages for Federal works, and grant preference to unionists. Mr. O'Malloy admitted that the Government should set a standard, and promised consideration for the suggestion.
