The message was to bo dispatched by Boy, Scouts from : Feilding at 6 o'clock this morning to Woodville, whore it will be received and sent to Pahiatua, and -then on 'to Eketahuna, Masterton, Carterton, .Groytown, Featlierston, Kaitoke, Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt, Petono, and thence to Government House. It is expected that tho dispatch will bo delivered this evening.
