The barometer lias fallen everywhere. Cloudy and misty • weather has ovempread the whole country,.and rain has fallen in most parts. Northerly and easterly winds strong to gale have prevailed. Present indications are for a further fall in the barometer everywhere, but a rise may bo expected after about sixteen hours. Strong uorthorly winds, are probablo everywhere, changing by .west to southerly in the far north, and by cast to south-easterly in the south.
