ORIENTAL TENNIS CLUB.
With, a good attendance' of members, tho Oriental,-Tonnis Chili held its first annual meeting last evening.' The 'report and balance-sheet disclosed a very satisfactory year, a credit . balance ■ \being brought forward. The officer's for- the present, season wore elected as follow:— President, the Hon;'.J. A. Millar; vicepresidents, Messrs. D; M'Laren, M.P., 'K C. Gannawny, J. O'Shea, W. H. D. Bell, and A: T. Clark;houi'secretary, Mr. M. .H. Hanking (re-elected); lion, treasurer, lUr./W. MCormack; delegate to association, Mr. W. Iloraig; lion, auditor, Mr. J. Smyth; committee, Misses' •■ Miller AVard,- Toohill, Messrs. Rollo, Norrie and M'llraith. Tho ■ club: has recently taken over two new courts at Clyde Quay, and it was decided to- have a formal opening,'on Saturday Vveck.
