AGREEMENT UPHELD

The City Council, last evening'considered a letter from the MiramaT Borough Council to the effect that it had under consideration the erection of a power station in connection with the water and drainage scheme. Prom this power for. tramways, could also be supplied. The Borough Council desired to know what the car mileage charge would be if power were supplied by the borough.; The- Tramways Committee recommend-' ed that the Borough Council be informed that the council could not see its way to make, any variation in the present agreement.' -, "..'■" .
