ANNUAL MEETING BOAED OF GOVERNORS.

The annual meeting of the Board of Governors of the Veterans' Home took place yesterday morning m the Cabuiet room, Qo\ernment Buildings, His Excellency the Governor presiding. There were also present Sir J. G. Ward,' Colonel Robin, C 8., Colonel E. J. Collins, 1.5.0, Messrs Myers, M.P., H. C. Tewdey, and i J. B. Coates. Sir W. E Kussell wrote resigning his position as hon. secretary owing to his leaving for England, and Colonel Collins ■nas elected to fill his place.
