4 A BIG DECREASE. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright. London, September 30. The exports of Irish whisky for the period 1904-1908 averaged eight million gallons, valued at over two .million pounds sterling. Owing to tho Budget taxation, the exports for 1909 totalled only 6,156,523 .gallons, of Uie value of JE1.667,000.
