SUMMARY AND FOIIEOAST ' Anticyclonic conditions have continued with variable winds and flno weather 1 in most partß, but squally at times about Cook and Foveaux Straits. Rain has fallen In the extreme south. Present indications are for increasing, haziness and mild wea-' tlier preceding a general change for more humid conditions. Tho winds will probably back to northerly, and freshen by to-morrow ovening, in most parts of the country.- - The barometer will also? probably fall then for an area of low pressure now apparently developing in tho west' 11. 0.
