In presenting the , prizes' later ; oh in the, evening- /Sir., Joseph' - Ward/, spoke, of ; the pleasure it gave him to do ; so, a probably- only. -equalled* by -that oi : tho recipients. ".He .wished'to; .in recognition'of the difficulty: -that laybefore the judges; that'wening; all; was so good. All sections of the community reoognised/and):appreciated the 'work - done by.
