A court-martial recently ordered the dismissal from the Army of Lieutenant Allan Sutor, of-the Royal Artillery, who was found' guilty of publishing a pamphlet; criticising what he alleged to be •irregularities in.the Army. The Secretary of State for War, Mr. Haldane, has commuted the sentence to one of 6evere reprimand.
