H. M'llroy resigned tho secretary-' shipjof .'the '.club owing to his .'removal to .Napier.—Mr.: C. -A. Mao Donald was' appointed to continue his duties till the'end of the season. _ Another loss sustaiaed ; by tho club was" that of-Mr. J.
