BOTHA'S POSITION.
STRONGER THAN EVER. By Telegraph—Preps Association—Copyright Cape Town,' September 25. ■ Sir .T. B. Robinson, chairman Bf the Robinson South African Banking Company, and owner of gold mines in South Africa, has telegraphed, to British newspapers, stating that there has never boon a crisis in General Botha's Cabinet. The position since the elections has, he says, been stronger than ever, and ; the sensational reports to the contrary .have emanated from a weak Opposition and a press that is serving party purposes. : Beneral Botha's party will, adds: Sir J. B. Robinson,, govern on non-racial lines.
