Tho ground is reported as being, in good order. ; Mr. Percy Rogers, late "of the. , Club Hotel here, lias, it is stated, purchased tho Club Hotel in Woodville. It' was reported at tlio meeting that breeders were unable to meet tlio demand for/young bulls and heifers. ■ . The Feilding A. and P. .Association's, annual liorso parado was held yesterday. Stallions "woro well represented. At .tho annual meeting of 'the Feild-.-ing , GtSntro of tho - New Zealand Athletic Union it' was decided to have nothing to do with the proposed North Island Athletic Association,, suggested from Auckland, but to adhere to tho old union.
