W. Jtobrc, F. H. :M'Keevei', and H. Rowell..: The only reistrictibhs placed 011 the cup wre that it. should.. be- raced for; as' "The-.Thorndon' Dinghy Sailing'. Cliib's Challenge:'X'up." ; -. The. olub. has. also other, cups out for: competition, - including ' the championship rose, bowl; ;and ..Dale's Challenge Cup;. These have, been raced for. tiince- the: incfeption of' the .club, having never been won. outright., They, are. at- present, held by Messrs. I>.' Moore and B. Nathan. It was decided that, these be .left in Iheir hands,; providing that' if ever a dinghy ?ailing;.olub should be revived they should, Sgaiii be, forthcoming for competition. ■Another cup presented , by the club for .annual' competition between crews' of the ; New Zealand Government training : ship Auiokurd, was left in tho hands of the trusteed'appointed, whoj' with Coiiiinnhder Hooper, shall supervise, tho contests.,. . . The club's, marlt-buoy in Oriental. Bay was handed over to the .Te Are;Kaihiig Olub. .
