FELL PROM A SCAFFOLD

PAINTER FATALLY INJURED

; A serious accident occurred yesterday afternoon- at the ,'Princess Tlieatro Hotel. Lome and Tory Streets, whereby a painter 'named' James Barron received fatal injuries. The hotel lias been undergoing repairs and painting, and Barron, who was in tho employ of'.Messrs. R. and.E., Tingey, was working on a scaffolding' lit the -back .of tho house. Exactly whsifc happened is not ascertainable, for no .0110 appears to have seen tho "unfortunate ■man 1 , fall, but; ho was discovered oh tho ground about 4 p.m. Ho was: then unc.onscious, and in a very critical condition.
