Melbourne, September 21. , A. deputation of Queensland .members asked.Mr. Tudor, (Federal Minister, for Trade and Customs) to include certain Queensland timbers in.the revised schedule of duties, claiming that the articles manufactured therefrom were superior to imported timbers. They also asked him ti inquire as to the effect the low duties On New Zealand white pine and kauri had on, Australian timbers. Mr. Tudor promised to. give the requests consideration.' 1 ■'■'./
