$ THE POLL AT UPPER HUTT. There was considerable interest in tba election of a new Town Board for-Upper flutt yesterday. A section of the ratepayers have not been altogether satisfied with the manner in which the affairs of the district have been conducted, and ■ tho result of this was the setting up of rival tickets, which roused a healthy in- - terest in the election, the result of which has given satisfaction to the majority of those concerned.
