• WEDNESDAY. ' Macaroni Soup. Mutton Cutlets. Potato Chips. Cauliflower. Pineapplo Fritters. PINEAPPLE FRITTERS. "One -piiieapplo ; out into thin Blices, and sprinkled with sugar, }Ib. flour, 1 egg,' 1 tcaspoouful of butter, 1 gill of tepid water. Put the flour into a basin. Bei,t tho yolk of egg with the water, and, mix ,the flour to a smooth batter with the waiter! Add the butter (melted)) and just before using the whito of egg beaten stiffly. Dip the slices of pancake into batter, ana then fry them m hot fat. '
