After -Rule 8 add Rule 8a: "Any person on being elected to membership shall pay to the association "an entrance, .fee of one guinea, always provided,; however, that all persons elected to -November 1, 1910, shall bo. exempted from such-entrance fee." . Alter Rule 9, to read: "the annual subscription- -shall bo 10s. 6d., but in the' orent of the club leasing premises as provided in Rulo 2, the annual subscription shall be two - guineas." ; ; ; .vOn .the; motion'.of Mr. Bridge, decided' ■to : recommend the committee not to carry tho selieme into effect until the membership had-reached at least '175...:'/ v ■ i The meeting concluded with a. general discussion of the scheme; Members expressed the opinion " that . the . difficulty would not be scouring members, -but in limiting the membership. /The secretary (Mr. W... G. Talbot) was instructed .to receive applications for .membership and to supply, applicants with full information.
