OUTWITTED.
CONTRACT FOR CHINA'S' NAVY. By:-Telegraph—Pross Association—Copyright. New York, September 19. Mr. Charles M. Schwab, ex-President of the United States Steel Corporation, and a well-known ironmaster, announces that he has outwitted the Steol Trust, and will build a navy for China. The contract, it is said,-followed Mr; Schwab's hospitality to Prince Tsai Tao in New York.
