Two years'experience of camping at the Hutt have shown that; serious loss of time has been entailed by the .men having to travel .out and in every day. the even- * ing parades have been curtailediby the .late arrival of the. men at camp after .leaving 'their occupation, while the early start in. the ..morning has similarly affected' the morning parades'.
