Owing to the lockout the manager of the graving dock at Tyne is declining repair work. This is going to Eotterdani and Antwerp. : . . The joint Trades Committees request a conference with the employers. They urged that the lockout is causing much bitterness among the men. The negotiations for a conference continue. " • - THE NATIONAL AGEEEMENT. .
