Mr. Snowden, Labour member 1 for Blackburn, in an article on "The Outlook for Trade Unionism," emphasises the existence of a crisis far more serious than the Osborne cose. Members are seriously divided against themselves, and unless wisdom can prevail and unity be restored the trade unions will be disintegrated and destroyed. .
