ARBITRATION COURT.
COMING FIXTURES. Th« Arbitration Court will hold its. next sitting at Wellington on September 21, when it will hear disputes in connection with, the engineers and shearers, applications to add parties to the bookbinders', bootmakers', and cooks' and waiters' awards, the compensation' claims of the Public Trustee v. the Wellington Harbour Ferries, Ltd., Ilibbert v. thi King, Jteiklc v. the New Zealand Shipping. Company, Jones v. Saunders Bros., Hurling v. Wellington Meat. Export Company,' Ltd., Brown v. Saunders' Bros., and Bartlett v. Reid and Fredcrico. The Court will, in addition,: hear an application for security as to costs in the .matter of Bourke v.' Montefiore, and appeals in the cases of the Seamen's Union v. the Union Steam Ship Company, Ltd.,.tho same v. Richardson and Co., and. Richardson and Co. v. the Seamen's Union. The Court will sit at Napier on September' 27, when it will hear the disputes:of -the Hu who's Bay Tailoresscs and the Engineers, and two applications to add parties to the Ilawke's Bay Carpenters' Award. Sitting at-Palnierston North, od September: 30, the engineers' dispute will be heard, an application to add to the Flasmillers' Award, and' the compensation claims of Gardner v. Gardner and- Sons, Campbell v.. Jounrieaux, and' Lemmon v.. the National Mortgage .•■ and ■ Agency Co., Ltd. ■ At Wanganui, on- Oc.'tober.3,- the list, will consist of disputes in regard 1 to tie engineers and general, labourer's, an application for enforcement in the'case of Carmody/.v; the Southern Cross Bread" Co., Ltd., and' the compensation claims.of Bale v. Braithwaite, Cox v. M'Donnell, Read v. Morris, and Rains v. Collins.;
