A. George presiding. -Tho chairman, in moving the adoption of the: report and balance-sheet' (previously published), pointed out that the. outstanding liabilities (.£25 10s. 3d.) were somewhat large. He emphasised the necessity of: prompt payment of subscriptions arid other means of keeping;up;the revenue.'■■■.He urged that residents of the district i should be encouraged to .show | more interest in the club. ■'. The report.'. and v. balance-sheet , were adopted, arid it" was resolved to make a special ■ effort to put the funds of the club on a satisfactory footing. Mr. R.
