WAR AND STRIKES,
UPROAR AT THE CONCRESS. By Telegraph—Press Association—CotijtlsV l (Rec. September 4, 5 p.m.) Copenhagen, September 3. An uproar was caused at the ■Socialist Congress by Mr. Keir Hardio advocating a strike of the trades producing war material whenever war was declared. Tho German speakers denounced the Euglish Socialists for hooting the Military and Naval Estimates. Mr. Hardie 1 denied that ho had promised a campaign among the workers against militarism.
