Minister, for External Affairs' to deport criminals, the object being to protect; the morality of the community. .Mr. Fowler was also granted leave to introduce a Bill to prevent the children of.', white, parents being expatriated, by an Asiatic or Polynesian who may have married a. widow with white; children.
