' ■ ' ANOTHER CONSPIRACY CISCOVERED.. ' (Rec. Sept. 2,10.40 p.m.) ' • Bombay, September 2. A quantity of bombs has been 'discovered "at Pandliarpur, and three arrests have been made. It is stated that the authorities are in possession of four confessions indicating that a conspiracy had been planned to take -revenge uponono of the Europeans connected with the ■ conviction some time ago, on a charge of sedition, of Tilak, the Nationalist leader.
