Mokbia from Rarotonga came under the provisions of the Immigration Restriction Act yesterday. He came from. San Francisco, via Melbourne, Sydney, and the/Islands', and is ''suffering from delusions. At a well-attondod meeting of the Wellington Railway Mutual Improvement and Social Club, held last evening, an -instructive illustrated lecture was delivered by Mr. J. H. Wynne upon the subject of inter-locking, signalling, block and block working. The lecturo was followed with interest, and tlio speaker was tendered a hearty vote of thanks at its close. ;
