Speaking in the Ilouselof tives yesterday, the Hon.' T. Jlackenzio (Minister for Agriculture) referred to the expense which, per judical spraying involved, in. the,case o£ small fruit-growers, lie said it could hardly he er.ptcted that every small grower should provide himself with a suitabta spraying plant.
