A DENTIST BANKRUPT.
"No quorum", was the state of things at the ,meeting of creditors in the bankrupt estate ot Edmund Buckeridge, dentist, of Wellington, called yesterday by the Official .Assignee '(Mr. A.:Simpson); The proceedings were consequently adjourned sine die. -- - ' Liabilities in the estate consist wholly of debts to unsecured creditors. . Theso total £461 13s. 4d., and on the other side of' the ,account .assets are cet down at .£344 10s., the principal items being furniture ,£2OO, book debts (estimated, to produce) £75, rehl estate £65. The principal unsecured creditors are: L. Gisborne, £10 ss. . • Bankrupt; iriVhis official statement, said that ho arrived in Wellington from Giaborno about October, 1908, and; after tem■porary employment as a dentist's assistant, purchasfd the practice of Messrs. Stenhouse and Tabor. He had previously borrowed £150 on life policies, and with this as a capital, paid £200 for the practice, .£loll' in cash and £100 in promissory notes.
