(Specially written for The Dominion.) TUESDAY. Vegetable soup. Tripe and onions. Potato : croquettes. Turnips. Fig pudding. ; . TKIPE AND ONIONS. . One pound tripe, ouo large onion, one pint of milk, one teaspoouf ul of salt, half a' teaspobnful of pepper, ono tablespoonfill of (lour. Cut. tho tripo into nice sized pieces, place in a saucepan of boiling salted water, and cook until quite tender for two or three hours. Strain off the water, and cover the tripe- with tho milk.;.; Add the onion, uiinced, und tho seasoning, and simmer for half an hour. Mix the flour with a little cold milk, pour some, boiling milk on it, and mix all with tho tripe. Boil for a few. minutes, serve, garnish ■with strips of toast. . ' . . FOE TO-MORROW. Celery for soup, neck of mutton, veal forcemeat, stale bread, jam, batter, cabbage. : "
