Messrs. J.'H. Bothuno and Co. call attention of business men and others to n sale of office furniture and books which they are holding, to-day, at 2 p.m., on tho premises of tho Australian Widows' Fund Life Assurance Society, Ltd., Nos. 113 and 115 Customhouse Quay. On account of the amalgamation of the above society with the Mutual Life and Citizens' Assurance Company, the whole of the office furniture and fittings, together with a number of books, arc being submitted at auction. Amongst the arliclos to be submitted are mahogany roll-top sft. desk, upholstered arm-chairs, and. occasional chairs, revolving offico chairs in-morocco.leather, typewriters!, American onk card ledger cabinets, Axminstcr carpets, "Statistics of New Zealand," standard works on insurance law and insurance records, and a large quantity of office furniture arid sundries. The furniture will be en view this morning.
