LODGE MEETING.

Tho weekly session of. the .King's Coronation Lodge, 1.0. G.T., was hold on I'riday evening last) when Bro. M. Morris, C.T., presided over a largo attendance of members and visitors. It was decided to officially, visit the Kilbirnio Lodge on Tuesday week. Half a dozen members, applied for'and were granted credentials for district degree, which was kindly conferred by'the D.C.T. and other district officers present. Fraternal greetings were conveyed from, and- reciprocated to lodges'- in Wanganui and Blenheim. ■ The' evening was in charge of Sisters Cassidy and Turner, and'a good programme was given, the items being contributed , by Sister Cassidy, Harris, Bros. Batenburg, Drydcn, Glass, Grieves, Morris, M'Kenzie, A. Oram, and a'visitor. Votes of thanks were accorded to visitors and performers. Next meeting is a "mock auction" night, with invitations to sister lodges. The programme will be in ' charge of Bro. Allen, P.C.T. ;
