THE N.Z. REPRESENTATIVE TEAM. FIRING FOR THE ROBERTS TROPHY. . Yesterday morning the New Zealand representative team of schoolboy .marksmen selected to uphold the : honour of. the Dominion in t«e Imperial . Rifle Cadet Match for tbe Roberts' trophy, fired off at'Polhiir Gully range. The weather conditions. were rather. unfavourable, an unsteady rear-wind and a, variable light rendering shooting more difficult than on the previous practice (lays. • The result was an aggregate score of 476 points, or an average of 59.5 per mail out of a' possible averago of 70 per man. ■ The ranges were two —200 and 500 yards, with seven "shots at each. Last year the Now Zealand team bettered this score by ten points. Tho best. individual score was that put np.by Cadet C. RV J. Wily, of King's College, Auckland, whose aggregate of 63 points included ■31 at ■ 200 yards and 32 at 500- yards. His-tar-gets are appended:— '.'.' . ' ■' y-
