. (Specially written tor Tub Dominion.) THURSDAY. Palestino Soup. Timbalcs of Cold 1 Meat. Maslied Potatoes. Turnips. Gingorbread Pudding. TIMBALES OF COLD MEAT. Half pound cold meat, 2 tablespoonfuls of breadcrumbs, i teaspoonful of chopped onion, 2 teaspoonfuls -. of chopped parsley. ■ Salt and. pepper, 1 egg, a littlo milk. Thickly 'butter some small moulds, decorate them by pressing thinly-cut rings of cooked macaroni all over tlio inside. -Mince tile meat, mix it with the breadcrumbs, onions, parsley, and seasoning, and enough milk to make it rather soft; beat up tho egg and add it-to tho mixture, then fill tho tins and steam gently about 1 hour. Turn out on a hot dish and pour brown sauce round. FOR, TO-MORROW. One dozen oysters, 2 eggs, suet, fruit, cauliflower,, clieese.
