That-was,important -asindicating tho possibilities of the future; Ho believed that tho time had arrived for a ; wide sweeping effort to secure, in ono co-operatic enterprise, all tho districts which lay naturally within one co-operative . area. -. Ho thought that tho time had arrived when an effort should bo made to gather- the co-operative companies, as well' as the several. proprietary, businesses in the district,. into, ono truly co-operative company. •
